How long do our brownies take from ordering to dispatch?

We bake all our brownies fresh to order. Please allow 2-3 working days for dispatch on orders placed before 9am (Monday - Thursday). These are then shipped on a next day service. 

Please note we do not ship Friday - Sunday. Orders places after 9am Thursday will be processed the following Monday.

How long do your brownies keep and what's the best way to store them? 

10 days ambient or they all freeze beautifully. In warm weather please keep refrigerated before tucking in!

Can I add a gift note to my box? 

Yes, please add any message to your order in custom note at the checkout and we will arrange this for you free of charge.

What courier service do you use?

We use DPD Local on a next day service from dispatch, you will receive texted/emailed updates when your parcel is dispatched and a time window for delivery. This is a fully tracked service. 

Do you ship on weekends?

Unfortunately not, we only ship our brownies Monday-Friday. 

Can you choose flavours not already listed on the site?

Due to the batch sizes we bake our brownies in we can only offer flavours not listed on the site in a 20 piece option. If you would like a 20 piece bespoke trays please email Hello@brownandblond.co.uk to find out more.

Do you offer gluten free brownies?

The vast majority of our brownies have not gluten containing ingredients, However due to the nature of our bakery we cannot guarantee any of our brownies are free from allergens 

Are your brownies suitable for vegetarians?

Do your brownies contain alcohol?

Can you choose a delivery date?

If you have a specific day you would like delivery on please let us know on ordering and we will do our up most to accommodate, although we cannot always guarantee specific days. During busy periods such as Christmas we are unable to take orders for specific days, but would recommend placing your order 3 working days before your required delivery and we will do our best to meet any requests. 

Do you offer bulk discount?

Dependant on volume we may be able to offer a discount. Please contact George@brownandblond.co.uk to find out more.

Do you ship outside of the uk?

We don’t currently ship outside of the uk however this is something we are looking in to.

Do your brownies really contain nuts or just traces?

All our products contain Ground almonds.

I missed my parcel, what do I do?

DPD Local will be in touch with instructions regarding a redelivery. Failing this please contact us directly Hello@brownandblond.co.uk and we will assist.

Can you tell the delivery driver where to deliver my parcel if I am not in?

You will receive options via text/email from dpd to rearrange delivery/ leave in a safe place should you not be in to receive your order.
