All our brownies freeze and this is the best way to store them, save time on ordering and ensure you don't run out.

For orders placed before 6am Monday–Wednesday, there’s a two-day turnaround. Please note, this is
for up to 30 trays. For orders above 30 trays, please email George. george@brownandblond.co.uk

Yes. For orders over 120 trays (a half pallet), we use a special chilled or frozen courier service.

Yes. You can order anything from five trays to multiple pallets.

We use DPD Local on a next-day service. You’ll receive a 1-hour delivery timeslot on the morning of
delivery, where you can add a safe place to leave, or change delivery day if you need to.

They arrive pre-portioned and minus the baking parchment, so they’re easier for you to handle.

Our brownies have a shelf life of 10 days ambient, and freeze beautifully for up to six months. On the
rare occasion you have some left over at the end of the day, either put them in the fridge or leave
them covered up on the counter (for up to 10 days).

Store the brownies at room temperature under a cake dome or behind a cake counter. On the rare

All our cardboard boxes are fully recyclable, and can be included with your usual kerbside recycling.

Even though the core recipe for our brownies are NGCI (no gluten-containing ingredients), we don’t
certify our brownies as gluten free because all our blondies contain gluten. Plus, we have gluten,
wheat and barley present at our bakery. You’ll find more info on ingredients and allergens on your
order, or the box they arrive in.

allergens’ document. All of our brownie trays are fully labelled too, making it easy for when you’re
writing up cake displays.
