December's Monthly Specials

December's Monthly Specials

"So here it is, Merry Christmas, everybody's having fun!" That's right, Christmas is just around the corner which means hearty dinners, Christmas shopping and enough wrapping paper all over your house to cover cruise ship.

The start of December not only means we have begun the countdown to Christmas but it also means we have new specials for you to sink your teeth into! But the good times keep on coming.

We have not one, not two, but three specials for you to enjoy this month – Christmas is for sharing after all!

Flavours of the Month

As promised, we have three delicious flavours for you to try so lets get straight into it:

Christmas Pudding Brownie

Step into Christmas with this boozy belgian brownie – the perfect way to start your festive celebrations. The Christmas pudding has been a staple of many a Christmas Dinner for centuries. Fruit and whiskey not only tastes delicious but it’s a perfect way for you to send you into a world of bliss as you try and navigate through the awkward family conversations at the dinner table.

Gingerbread Blondie

Early origins of the humble gingerbread go right back to the ancient Greeks and Egyptians. It was traditionally used for ceremonial purposes. It made its way to Europe in the 11th-century when Crusaders brought back ginger from the Middle East for the cooks of aristocrats to experiment with. Why am I telling you all of this? Because we all know how delicious gingerbread is so there is no need to upsell, we thought we’d give you a brief history lesson instead.

Stroopwafel Brownie

Heaven in wafer form. Don’t believe us? Try it for yourself, we promise you’ll never go back! Stroopwafel originated in the Netherlands in the town of Gouda and they’ve become popular around the world ever since. So much so that we decided to slap them on our brownies for an extra bit of caramel crunch on top of our belgian chocolate beauties.

Brown & Blond make brownies.
